The Santa Fe station and freight house in Ashfork AZ was located west of the Escalante Harvey house until both were torn down in 1968. They are both about to be reopened for the booming business expected in the near future. All that waits are windows and doors and then the people will start coming on the trains again. Famous trains like the Super Chief, Grand Canyon Limited, El Capitan, The Fast Mail and a host of freight trains will be stopping by here again.
